ABS Kids is looking for an Operations Manager to support the ABA Therapy space for home-based Behavior Technicians (BT) within the Rancho Cucamonga, CA area. This position will be hybrid. Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services support intensive therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) overseen by professional Behavior Analysts in both center-based and home-based environments. The Operations Manager is responsible for providing management support to the BTs through facilities management, team communication, inventory management, ABS Kids policy adherence, coordination with support services, and leadership over BTs and administrative staff members. The Operations Manager role is focused on ensuring that operations in their assigned area run efficiently while supporting the clinical staff in delivering high-quality ABA therapy and contributing to shaping a positive work culture.
